1 Ripe Banana
1 3/4 cup vanilla plant-milk (I used vanilla soy)
1 cup quick oats
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mixed berries of your choice (I used blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.
Add the banana and the plant-milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour banana milk into a sauce pan. Toss in a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Add oatmeal and cook for a minute or two while stirring over medium heat. Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon. Pour into serving bowl (or bowls if you must share, this could serve 2 people). Top with berries or awesome toppings of your choice.
